Not for the faint of heart, if you hate Aya Hirano, or am Tsubaki.
I posted the bittorrent for the video but for those that do not know, the 4th volume of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu included an extra video of following Aya Hirano around as she went to shoot a promotional poster for the series. Clocking in at just about 10 minutes long, the video is full of “Ayaism” that will have all the fanboys going “moe~!”
Pretty good stuff if you’re an Aya Hirano fan. I probably enjoyed her basically dancing all the major sequences from the ED video of the series the most. Also getting the photographer(s) to take photos of her on her own digital camera and phone was pretty funny for some reason. Too bad the other girls weren’t involved like in the additional video found on the previous volume 
Speaking of previous DVDs and features, the 4th one also included an additional character folder gallery if you load the DVD on your computer. The first time was a “_MIKURU” folder; this time it is a “_yuki” one. Only 10 images were included, which is way less than the ones for Mikuru, but nonetheless was a nice treat for the fans whom have bought the disc.
